Back in May our close sadhu friend Dayalu Baba passed away, and as per customs a special puja and satsanga was held on the 21st day of his entering samadhi, for which all villagers and sadhus were invited. Up till now we did not have a chance to post the photos from that occasion, so we are posting them here.

A special puja and anna danam (food distribution) was arranged for the 21st day after Dayalu Baba had entered samadhi, in remembrance of this great sadhu who had spent his whole life here worshipping the Lord. Sadhus, brahmanas and devotees from both near and far were invited to attend. A Gita Yajna (chanting of the Bhagavad Gita while offering oblations in a sacred fire) was performed, along with chanting of Hare Krishna maha mantra kirtan and distribution of prasadam to all visiting devotees.
